2021년 8월부터, 서울 청담동 테헤란로에 위치한 한섬 본사 건물 외부 LED 화면에 KALLOS가 제작한 CGI 작품이 전시되었습니다. 이 작품은 영화 '인셉션'의 한 장면처럼 건물의 외벽을 LED의 내부 공간으로 확장시키는 시도를 통해 시각적 경계를 허물었습니다. 변화하는 중력의 힘에 의해 움직이는 파도의 다이내믹한 무브먼트를 자유롭게 조절함으로써, 현실에서는 경험할 수 없는 초현실적인 아트워크를 구현했습니다. 특히, 아나몰픽 기술을 사용하여 어떤 각도에서든 압도적으로 입체적인 효과를 주는 파도를 완성했습니다. 이 기술은 시청자로 하여금 실제로 존재하는 듯한 환상을 느끼게 하며, 예술과 기술의 결합을 통해 시각적 몰입감을 극대화했습니다. 이 작품은 테헤란로의 도시 풍경에 새로운 차원을 추가하며, 관람객에게 독특한 시각적 경험을 제공합니다. KALLOS의 CGI 작품은 단순히 시각적 아름다움을 넘어, 기술과 예술의 경계를 넘나드는 혁신적인 접근을 통해 관객에게 깊은 인상을 남깁니다.
Since August 2021, a CGI artwork created by KALLOS has been displayed on the exterior LED screen of the HANSOME headquarters building located on Teheran-ro, Cheongdam-dong, Seoul. This piece breaks visual boundaries by expanding the building's facade into the inner space of the LED screen, much like a scene from the movie 'Inception'. By freely controlling the dynamic movement of waves influenced by changing gravitational forces, it creates a surreal artwork that cannot be experienced in reality. Notably, the use of anamorphic technology completes the waves with an overwhelmingly three-dimensional effect from any angle. This technology enhances the visual immersion, making viewers feel as if the waves truly exist, and maximizes the fusion of art and technology. This artwork adds a new dimension to the urban landscape of Teheran-ro, providing viewers with a unique visual experience. KALLOS's CGI artwork transcends mere visual beauty, leaving a profound impression on the audience through an innovative approach that blurs the boundaries between technology and art.
